Shipping

All orders are shipped via UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Each and every one of our wares is handmade to order by our production technicians in our Philadelphia studio. Because of this, we put your order into production when it is received. Most orders will ship in 6 weeks or less, if it looks like your order is going beyond that 6-week limit we will do our best to reach out to you with an update. Certain limited edition products are ready to ship and will be labeled as such. If you are curious about a specific lead time, reach out to support@feltandfat.com and we should be able to provide an accurate estimate of when your order will be complete. Orders are processed Monday-Friday excluding major holidays. Once your order is packed and labeled you will receive a shipment notification to the email provided on your order form.

Important Notice for International Customers:
Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees determined by your country's customs authorities. These charges are separate from your order total and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.
  • Customer Responsibility: You are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and fees imposed by your country.
  • Variable Costs: Duty rates vary based on product classification, country of origin, and destination country regulations.
  • Payment: These fees are typically collected by the carrier upon delivery or by customs authorities.
  • No Control: We have no control over these charges and cannot predict exact amounts.
  • No Refunds: Customs fees are non-refundable and cannot be covered by our return policy.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept responsibility for all applicable customs charges.

Returns

If for any reason your order is not to our standards, unused pieces can be returned within 30 days of purchase for store credit, cash returns are not currently accepted. If you would like to make a return, simply reach out to support@feltandfat.com with your request. When re-packing your wares for return, please pack carefully as product broken in transit that was not packed by our team cannot be accepted.

Broken Work

If wares arrive broken, please provide photo evidence of the broken shipment as you found it in the box within 72 hours of your packages arrival. Photos can be sent to support@feltandfat.com with the order number in the body of the email. We will re-ship any broken wares as quickly as possible.
