Ambra

A small Italian wine bar run by Chef Chris D’Ambro and front-of-the-house pro (and D’Ambro’s fiance) Marina De Oliveira.  Nestled in the Fabric row neighborhood they produce inspired Italian-American Cuisine.

Crime & Punishment Brew Pub

A craft brewery and restaurant that celebrates Russian literature with Russian-influenced dishes and playfully-named beers packing unique flavor like Indecent Exposure, The Guillotine, and House Arrest.

Fork

Fork is a contemporary American restaurant in Philadelphia, PA owned by Ellen Yin and Chef Eli Kulp.  Mr. Kulp has been a James Beard Foundation Finalist, Best Chef MidAtlantic and was awarded Food & Wine Magazine's Best New Chef, 2014. Fork’s menu is inspired by the Mid-Atlantic region and the local growers and producers who help shape its terroir.

Good Spoon

Good Spoon really loves soup.  They are a small operation based in Philadelphia, where they are lucky to have access to a wealth of local ingredients from the many farms throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

High Street on Market

Sister to Fork, Eli Kulp's edgy American cooking takes a rustic twist with an artisanal bakery in a country-chic space.

ITV

ITVV is Chef Nicholas Elmi's newest offering on Passyunk, located adjacent to Laurel. ITV is essentially a bar with a smaller but clearly well thought-out food menu and three sit-down tables in the back room.

La Croix Restaurant at the Rittenhouse

The highest quality ingredients, clean and pure flavors and fresh seasonal dishes. Lacroix at The Rittenhouse is an innovative and invigorating dining experience of Progressive International Cuisine against the gorgeous backdrop of Rittenhouse Square. 

Laurel

Laurel is a modern French influenced American BYOB restaurant located in South Philadelphia on East Passyunk Avenue. Laurel BYOB offers an intimate dining experience in a comfortable 26-seat dining room where Owner Chef Nicholas Elmi prepares refined, seasonal and local fare with a focus on sustainability and simplicity.

 

Lotus Farm to Table

Lotus Farm to Table specializes in a menu is local, organic, easily digested and proportioned. The food is simply prepared of the freshest ingredients available from local farms. There is also over a dozen varieties of hand rolled teas from the outskirts of Taipei.

Lou Bird's

A modern­ day bistro, Lou Bird’s serves up special treats in its intimate bar, dining room and cafe­style outdoor seating. They strive to provide the kind of food, beverage and hospitality that guests will share great stories about.

Marigold Kitchen

Marigold Kitchen is housed in a historic Victorian house in West Philly.  The restaurant has been rebooted by a trio of first-time restaurateurs, all of whom worked under previous owner Robert Halpern and are continuing his tasting-menu-only dinner format.

Volver

Volvér’s cuisine highlights Chef Garces’ culinary travels around the world. The ever-evolving menu emphasizes seasonal ingredients prepared with modern techniques that capture and amplify their inherent flavors. The Dining Room at Volver serves eight-course and 12-course chefs tasting menu with optional wine pairings.

Elizabeth

Elizabeth Restaurant’s cuisine is inspired by the natural world - she calls it New Gatherer. Elizabeth’s Restaurant’s menus are largely fruit and vegetable focused with respect to the seasons.  While their menus do feature proteins from our local farmers they are not a steak and potato kind of place.  They dedicate long hours to construting thoughtful menus so that guests may share in this collaborative spirit with an open mind and palate.

GT Prime

With an emphasis on sourcing from local farms and cuisine highlighted by seasonal ingredients, Executive Chef/Partner Giuseppe Tentori has curated a meat-centric menu indicative of his signature sharable plates at sister restaurant, GT Fish & Oyster.

Kitsune

Kitsune Restaurant and Pub focuses on our Midwestern bounty, influenced by home-style Japanese cuisine.  The menus will change with the seasons and intentionally focus on the purity of ingredients from our local farmers and gardens.  Our basis of our mission starts with sustainable cuisine, dedicated to earth consciousness.  We use nearly all of our ingredients from the root to leaf and head to tail.

The Dairy

The Dairy NYC is a boutique catering company inspired by the eponymous cottage at Central Park’s southern tip. Originally conceived as a hidden refuge from the city bustle, children and their caregivers would come here to drink a glass of fresh milk or snack on a treat from the concession stand while sitting under the charming loggia and enjoying the cooling breezes coming from the nearby pond.

Hail Mary

Eclecticism at its best. Husband-and-wife team Ham and Sohla El-Waylly, previously of Atera, Del Posto and Momofuku, have launched their first fine dining concept featuring a menu that boasts ultra-creative twists on classic American fare.

Harry & Ida's

Harry & Ida's Meat and Supply Co. is a general store located in the East Village that carries locally sourced and in-house produced goods, dedicated to preserving the traditions and heritage ingredients of our past.

High Street on Hudson

Contemporary American cuisine from Ellen Yin and Chef Eli Kulp with a focus on artisan baked breads featuring local grains.

 

Gloria

A partnership between Diego Garcia, Phil Johnson, and Leland Meibeyer, Gloria features a menu of sustainable seafood like fluke, octopus, tilefish, and squid. A sous chef at Contra for a stretch and a cook at Le Bernardin for several years, Garcia has put together a menu inspired by his upbringing in coastal Mexico and Napa, Calif. Gloria is named for Garcia’s mother, who lives in California.

Luksus

Enter through Tørst, wander to the back, and find Luksus-it's like unearthing a little boudoir behind a beer bar. The small, highly Instagrammable room has a Scandinavia-via-Brooklyn look, with a choice marble dining counter for chef viewing and a smattering of tables. Sure, the crowd is heavily tattooed and tight-shirted, but this is no place for poseurs. Luksus has an artsy edge that cements Greenpoint's status as the current hotbed of NY cool.

The Musket Room

Chef Matt Lambert marries his New Zealand heritage with a modern, innovative culinary technique at The Musket Room, where he is the Executive Chef and Co-owner, in partnership with restaurateur Jennifer Vitagliano and Manager Barbara, his wife. Lambert’s menu draws inspiration from his Kiwi upbringing, experience working in New York City’s best kitchens and passion for locally sourced produce. 

Nix

Nix is a new restaurant from Michelin-starred chef John Fraser, drawing on his personal passion for cooking with vegetables. With the belief that eating vegetarian or vegan should feel more celebration than sacrifice, Nix features dishes that are seasonal, shareable and highly flavorful.

Nourish Kitchen

Nourish Kitchen + Table is a seasonally-influenced, locally-inspired takeaway food shop and café that offers the West Village community the comfort of a kitchen away from home. Created by nutritionist and superfoodie Marissa Lippert, who understands the need to bring flavor and balance back to the table, Nourish’s innovative fare bridges the gap between healthful eating and really delicious food.  It’s vibrant, fresh, feel-good food you want to eat.

Piora

Piora, which means “to blossom” in Korean, is the collaboration between proprietor Simon Kim and Chef Christopher Cipollone that pays homage to their Korean and Italian heritages and reflects their passion for creating dining experiences that are refined yet unexpected.

Take-Root is a twelve seat, contemporary American restaurant. The restaurant is run solely by the owners as a two person staff - Chef Elise Kornack and her wife Anna Hieronimus.
